Technology Transfer Project Manager Location: Cheshire Job Type: Full-time Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for bringing new technology into a manufacturing environment? This role offers the opportunity to lead technology transfer projects from development through to production, ensuring seamless integration into established processes. What you’ll be doing: Leading cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, QA) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Developing and executing comprehensive project plans. Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery. Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Driving continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives. What we’re looking for: ~ Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). ~5+ years’ project management experience, ideally in technology transfer or manufacturing. ~ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. ~ PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
