What Youll Be Doing Managing and growing existing key customer accounts Responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent service Producing quotes and converting opportunities into sales Proactively contacting customers to develop new business Following up on leads and maintaining accurate CRM records Monitoring account performance and hitting agreed KPIs Building strong, long-term client relationships About you Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in putting together quotes for clients and following up Highly organised with good attention to detail Comfortable managing your own workload and priorities A proactive, self-motivated approach xwzovoh Ability to build relationships and spot opportunities Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (preferred) Whats on Offer & why you'll want this role 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Private healthcare options Ongoing training and development Supportive, positive team environment Roberts Webb Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this role
