Clinical Home Manager

Stephen James Consulting is working with one of its established elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Home Manager based in Surrey. We’re seeking an experienced RGN or RMN-qualified Home Manager to take full responsibility for the leadership and management of a 40-bedded nursing home specialising in complex dementia and elderly care. Key Responsibilities: * Overall leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home * Ensuring high standards of clinical care, governance, and compliance * Leading, supporting, and developing a multidisciplinary care team * Driving quality improvement and positive outcomes for residents * Managing budgets, occupancy, and overall service performance * Building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals This is an excellent opportunity to lead a well-established dementia care service with strong support and a focus on delivering person-centred care. To be considered for this role, you will * An active UK NMC PIN (RGN or RMN) * Experience in a Home Manager or senior leadership role within elderly or dementia care * Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance * Proven leadership and team management skills within a nursing home setting * Strong organisational and decision-making ability The role offers a salary of £65,000 – £70,000.
