CNC Horizontal Borer

Our client, a well-establishedprecision subcontract machining companyin Dudley, are currently hiring for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a small, skilled team on permanent days. You'll be working on CNC Milling machines and Horizontal Borers, taking responsibility for setting, programming and operating.

You Must Have
Heidenhain control experience
CNC Machinist / Horizontal Borer
Fanuc knowledge (beneficial)
Medium / large milling & boring
Setting & programming from scratch
Engineering drawing reading (GD&T)
Micrometer, slip gauges, inspection

Background
Subcontract machining environment
Apprenticeship or time-served
Comfortable working autonomously
Flexible to support wider business
Right to work in the UK
Commutable to Dudley DY postcode

Duties Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machines and Horizontal Borers
Working within a small team
Be flexible to carry out additional duties to support demands of the business

Salary & Benefits
£16-£19/hr - dependent on experience
