As part of a dedicated technical team, you’ll be involved in the installation, servicing, commissioning and ongoing optimisation of a wide range of BMS and HVAC control systems. The company works with a variety of industry‑leading platforms such as Siemens, Trend, Tridium, Distech, and Landis & Staefa, giving you exposure to diverse technologies and system architectures. With deep expertise across BMS and HVAC controls, the business is recognised for its professional standards, problem‑solving capability, and commitment to long‑term client relationships. Services include preventative maintenance, energy‑management optimisation, system upgrades, and delivering detailed diagnostic reports to support improved building performance. Responsibilities * Commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting Building Management Systems (e.g., Tridium, Distech, TREND). * Performing routine and preventive maintenance on BMS/HVAC control systems. * Programming and configuring BMS controllers and networking devices. * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety requirements. Required Skills & Experience * Experience with BMS systems, HVAC controls, and building automation technology. * Understanding of networking protocols and system integration principles. * Proficiency in BMS programming (Tridium, TREND, Distech, or similar platforms). * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. * Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
