This company are a rapidly scaling, venture-backed business focused on making solar and battery technology accessible to homeowners across the UK. With strong growth over the past year and increasing demand, they are expanding their operations function to support a growing installation pipeline. In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical operations function, managing an in-house team while developing and optimising a national subcontractor network. You'll play a key role in shaping processes, improving performance, and directly contributing to the company's mission of decarbonisation.
