Gas & Electrical Supervisor £50,000 (pro rata) | Temp to Perm / FTC | Immediate Start Hemel Hempstead | Hybrid We’re working with a well-established housing provider to recruit a Gas & Electrical Supervisor to support their Property Services team. This role is less about being the most technical person in the room and more about leading a team properly. If you’ve run a trade team, managed performance, and know how to get the best out of people day to day, this is where you’ll stand out. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing operatives across gas and/or electrical works, ensuring the team is delivering efficiently, safely and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing a team of trade operatives • Running one-to-ones, setting objectives and managing performance • Driving productivity and addressing underperformance • Overseeing day-to-day repairs, servicing and maintenance delivery • Ensuring works are compliant with legislation and best practice • Monitoring KPIs, budgets and overall team output About the Organisation Our client manages a large portfolio of homes across the Home Counties, delivering social and affordable housing alongside private rent. They are a stable organisation with a strong focus on service delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.
