Facilities and Operations Officer

FX Operations Manager I am collaborating with a globally regulated liquidity provider that specialise in delivering bespoke trading solutions to a diverse range of financial institutions. Their services support brokers, hedge funds, and professional traders, offering trusted, transparent, and technology-driven solutions designed to unlock new opportunities and enhance market execution. Key Responsibilities Lead new client onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. Coordinate client training and support adoption of the platform. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. Manage onboarding progress, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements. Build long-term client relationships and gradually transition into account management responsibilities. Key Requirements Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success within financial services or technology. Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to train clients and explain technical concepts clearly.
