We are seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our special school in North West London. Role Overview
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: £42,870 - £58,000 (Inner London Pay Scale)
Location: Camden, London
Position: SEN Teacher - Specialist SEN School
Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
As a SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, personalised learning within a collaborative, therapy-informed environment. Our approach is holistic and pupil-centred, with a strong emphasis on communication, independence, and preparing learners for adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated teaching to pupils aged 11-19 with complex learning needs, including autism and communication difficulties
* Plan and implement personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team to support each pupil's development
* Promote and embed communication strategies, including AAC, across the curriculum
* Support pupils' independence, emotional regulation, and life skills development
* Maintain a structured, safe, and sensory-aware learning environment
