Manufacturing Engineer Location: Cornwall (Relocation Support Available) Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 + 10% Bonus + £8,000 Relocation Package A leading manufacturing company based in Cornwall is experiencing a significant period of growth and investment. As part of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team by appointing a skilled and driven Manufacturing Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Analyse and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximise productivity Identify inefficiencies and implement robust engineering solutions Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams Support new product introductions and process development Drive lean manufacturing principles and best practice methodologies Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role Strong background in process optimisation and continuous improvement Demonstrable experience working with and improving OEE metrics Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities If you are a motivated Manufacturing Engineer looking to make a real impact within a growing organisation, this opportunity offers both challenge and reward in a highly supportive environment
