We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious 5-star senior living community in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who combines strong operational experience with a warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
This role is perfectly suited to someone from a premium hospitality background such as luxury senior living, 5-star hotels, high-end restaurants, private members clubs, or hospitality-led stadium and event venues.
The Role
You will lead the restaurant and hospitality operation within a luxury residential environment, ensuring residents and guests receive an exceptional dining experience every day. The successful candidate will be hands-on, service-driven, and confident managing a high-quality front of house operation.

Proven experience managing high-end catering and hospitality operations
Background within premium senior living, luxury hotels, upscale hospitality venues, or stadium hospitality
A confident leader xwzovoh with excellent people skills and a positive, approachable personality
