Role Summary
In response to strategic growth and evolving project demands, our Client is looking to hire a skilled Systems Engineer specialised in surveillance, radar, WAM, and ADS-B technologies. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical projects that enhance national security and airspace management. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be instrumental in shaping future technological advancements within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate systems related to surveillance, radar, WAM, and ADS-B.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate complex systems ensuring seamless operation.
Conduct systems analysis, troubleshooting, and testing to ensure reliability and performance.
Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and compliance standards.
Support project delivery by providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.
Maintain awareness of industry standards and emerging technologies to inform continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Requirements
Proven experience working with surveillance, radar, WAM, and ADS-B systems.
Strong background in communications technologies relevant to aerospace or defence projects.
Demonstrable expertise in systems engineering principles and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Based in or willing to relocate to Scotland.
