Project Manager/Specialist – HiBob HRIS & Payroll Location: Hybrid (UK-based with some travel required) Contract Type: Rolling 6-Month Contract Rate: £500–£600 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with deep expertise in HiBob HRIS and payroll transformation . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mid-sized environments (500–1000 employees) and has successfully led at least two end-to-end HiBob implementations . You’ll be instrumental in driving HR and payroll system change, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Lead full lifecycle delivery of HiBob HRIS and payroll projects , from planning through to go-live and post-implementation support. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Provide hands-on support with system configuration, testing, data migration, and user training. Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data protection standards. Deliver clear and concise project documentation and reporting. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 full-cycle HiBob HRIS implementations – this is a must. Strong, hands-on experience managing HCM/HRIS and payroll projects . Experience working in mid-sized organisations (500–1000 employees). Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and compliance. Comfortable working in hybrid environments with occasional travel. Desirable: Broader experience with other HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors). Background in HR or payroll operations. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
