*Job Summary* Job Overview . We are seeking a head chef for our new kitchen residency at Padel Social Club in Earls Court. Think sunshine, Mediterranean menu, Padel events and creativity. This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes to recipes & specs, whilst maintaining all food hygiene practices & standards. Neta Dining Club have just taken residency at Padel Social, a rapidly expanding premier operator of premium, community-led padel facilities, combining high-quality indoor/outdoor courts with social, wellness, and culinary experiences. Initially our kitchen will be open Thursday to Sunday, extending to 7 days a week from June, serving a vibrant Mediterranean menu to Padel Social customers as well as elevated menus at numerous corporate events hosted at Padel Social. You will be in charge of daily kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen at all times. Assist in serving guests when required, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met. Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within hospitality or restaurant settings, strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with food production processes and restaurant operations. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment This position an exciting opportunity for a motivated Chef eager to contribute their expertise within a vibrant culinary setting.
