Learning Support Assistant - SEN Setting We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our teams across Primary, KS3, KS4 and Sixth Form. Supporting students with addtional needs - Autism , ADHD , Speech and Language. This is a rewarding role where every day brings the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with teachers, fellow LSAs and therapists to support pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing. Provide learning support within the classroom and, where appropriate, in alternative learning environments. Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access the curriculum, engage in learning and experience success. Build positive and trusting relationships that promote wellbeing, independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Promote inclusive practice and contribute to a calm, safe and supportive learning environment. Support the development of pupils' communication, social and emotional skills. Provide personal care support where required, in line with training and procedures. Contribute to planning, record-keeping and the delivery of targeted interventions to support pupil progress. Demonstrate resilience, flexibility and adaptability, with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour.
