An exciting 6-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to join a leading (re)insurance organisation in an internally focused role within their Underwriting Operations & Governance team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational processes are fit for purpose, embedding new procedures, documenting frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across underwriting and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, design, and optimise operational processes and governance frameworks.
Create process documentation and reports to support oversight and decision-making.
Support operational delivery and project management initiatives around data quality and governance.
Drive process efficiency and consistency across underwriting functions.
About You:
Strong background in process improvement, governance, or operational delivery (insurance or financial services preferred).
Excellent analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
