Head of Bars - London My client is a leading bar operator who are looking for a Head of Bars to oversee a number of their London sites. This senior role will be responsible for leading a team, driving commercial success, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional experiences at major events. MUST come from a large-scale bar operations background. Drive performance through revenue growth, efficiency, and cost control Lead and develop teams, cultivating a high-performance culture Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and seamless event delivery Support innovation and develop new operational concepts Senior management experience with a background in high-volume bar operations Proven multi-site leadership with strong people management skills Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility Creative, analytical thinker who can innovate and improve Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events
