The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering high-quality, insight-led marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong, long-term client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
* Creating and delivering strategic marketing plans aligned to client growth objectives
* Leading campaign planning across digital channels including paid, SEO, social, and automation
* Presenting performance insights and KPI reports with clear recommendations
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase value
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 4+ years’ experience in an agency Account Manager or Account Director role
* Strong B2B marketing experience with a solid understanding of key digital channels
* Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and strategies
* Commercially aware, with the ability to spot growth opportunities
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Proactive, ambitious, and eager to develop
Bonus points for:
* Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot)
* Exposure to CRM systems and wider MarTech
* Background in B2B technology sectors
