Job Title: Family Navigator

Hours: 28 hours per week
Working Pattern: Flexible working pattern including some evenings (up to 6:30 pm twice per week)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (with flexibility required)

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence & Access to
