PQE Level: 5-10 PQE

Role:
Joining an expanding corporate tax team, you will be involved in a wide range of matters including: ( core focus is corporate tax transactions and advisory)

• M&A/transactional support
• Tax financing
• Employment taxes and share schemes
• Withholding tax and double tax treaties
• International taxes such as permanent establishment
• Tax support to VC clients including EIS/SEIS
• Tax support on capital markets/fundraisings
• Real estate

• 5-10 PQE, England & Wales
