Project Management Business Partner Location: Filton (Hybrid - approx. 60% onsite) Contract: Until October 2026 (strong chance of extension) Hours: 35 per week (flexible across 4.5 days) Rate: £42.39/hour Umbrella | £31.68/hour PAYE Inside IR35 This is an excellent opportunity for a Business or Project Management professional who enjoys working at the heart of engineering delivery. You'll be embedded within a high‑performing engineering function, supporting leaders and teams to plan effectively, manage performance and continuously improve the way work gets done. The role You'll act as a trusted partner to engineering stakeholders, owning workload, resource and financial planning and ensuring robust project and business management practices are applied. The role blends project controlling, supplier management, performance insight and stakeholder engagement, with involvement in governance and improvement initiatives. About you You'll bring solid experience in business and/or project management and be comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. You're confident managing data, suppliers and multiple priorities, communicate well at all levels, and enjoy being hands‑on. Experience in an engineering or technical setting is beneficial but not essential.
