About the Position * Job Title: Business Studies Teacher * Location: East Sussex * Type: Full-Time, Permanent * Start Date: September 2026 * Salary: Competitive, based on experience and credentials Key Duties * Teach engaging Business Studies classes across the key stages * Plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons in line with the national curriculum * Help students succeed and foster a love of Business Studies and problem-solving * Contribute to the ongoing development of the Business Studies department and wider school community * Participate in extracurricular opportunities, such as Business Studies clubs and competitions Preferred Candidate Qualities * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification * Earned a degree in Business Studies or a closely related subject * Previous experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level * Strong knowledge of the subject and current curriculum requirements * Outstanding communication and organizational skills * Ability to truly motivate and encourage students * Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of every student Application Process To apply, please upload your CV outlining your suitability.
