Support Administrator
Our client is an established company based near Epsom looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team.
* Epsom area
* £27,000 – £28,000 salary (DOE)
* Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Job Description
* Scheduling engineers to carry out works for commercial customers nationwide
* Liaising with customers to confirm works
* Booking accommodation where necessary for engineers carrying out jobs further afield
* Completing job sheets
* Organising permits for engineers
* Ordering parts
* Producing quotes
* Answering phone calls
* Responding to emails
* Raising invoices for balance payments and deposits
* Providing general office support to the team
Person Specification:
* Proven experience within a similar role
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Good interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Competent with Microsoft Office applications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A team player who can also work independently
