Electrical Maintenance Engineer Paddington, West End £45,000 – £48,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, high-spec commercial site in the West End. This role is with a well-established building services provider known for investing in their engineers and supporting long-term career development. This is a static, Monday to Friday position offering excellent work-life balance. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a range of electrical systems. You’ll also troubleshoot faults, coordinate with contractors, respond to client requests, and report directly to the Site Manager. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks Diagnose and repair electrical faults Work on systems including single and three-phase power, emergency lighting, fire alarms, BMS, AHUs, FCUs, generators, VAV/VRF systems Carry out basic water treatment duties (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.) Maintain site documentation, including logbooks and reports Oversee contractors, assist with audits, and prepare quotations Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering or Installations (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL, or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance Strong client-facing and communication skills Apprenticeship background (preferred but not essential) Salary & Benefits: £45,000 – £48,000 per year Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Company pension scheme No call out  25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities Overtime available If you’re looking to take the next step in your engineering career within a supportive and forward-thinking company, apply now
