Yard Operative / Forklift

Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our client’s team based in Portlethen, Aberdeen. This is a temporary, ad hoc role for approximately 4 weeks, offering consistent weekday hours. Key Responsibilities: * Operating a B1 forklift safely and efficiently within the yard * Assisting with general yard duties and maintaining a clean working environment * Carrying out spray painting tasks within the paint bay * Supporting loading and unloading of materials as required * Following all health & safety procedures at all times Requirements: * Valid B1 forklift licence (essential) * Previous experience in a yard or similar industrial environment * Experience with spray painting (preferred but not essential) * Strong work ethic and ability to work independently * Good awareness of health & safety practices What We Offer: * Monday to Friday working schedule * Immediate start available * Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to gain experience with a reputable company
