About the role

Head of Sales London (Hybrid 2-3x) £Our client is a rapidly growing £15m t/o drinks SME already outselling some of the biggest brands (Red Bull, Monster, Coca Cola) in the category. They have excellent distribution and are listed in major UK Grocers . We’re looking for a commercially sharp, strategic and inspiring sales leader to shape and scale the brand’s commercial strategy — driving growth and leading a high-performing sales team. Sales Leadership & Strategy - Define and deliver the commercial roadmap across retail, wholesale, e-commerce and on-trade. New Business & Account Growth - Lead the charge on new business development and major account expansion. Revenue Management & Optimisation - Drive profitability through smart pricing, trade investment and margin management. Use data and category insights to identify growth opportunities and manage risk. Team Development & Performance - Build, coach and empower a motivated, accountable sales team (5 direct reports). Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Operations and Finance to align brand and commercial goals.
