Property Litigation Solicitor - Bristol

We are working with this national firm in their recruitment for a property litigation solicitor to join their property litigation team at a senior level.

This property litigation team have a varied client base to include prominent charities. You will be working on meaningful, complex property disputes.

The successful property litigation solicitor will work on a busy caseload of leases, boundary disputes, rent reviews, possession proceedings and third party rights. You'll be offering clear, strategic advice to help clients safeguard and optimise their property assets. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise junior members of the team.

You'll have more than 5 years' experience as a qualified solicitor, or legal executive. You'll be able to show a genuine interest in the charitable and not for profit sector. Ideally, you'll have experience working with charity clients but not essential. Our client is able to provide training.
