THE ROLE :
This position sits within a dynamic client services team and focuses on delivering
high-quality support to a global client base. You will act as a key point of contact for client queries, working closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
The role offers a mix of client interaction, problem-solving, and process improvement, along with the opportunity to build deep knowledge of financial markets, systems, and workflows. You will also play a part in enhancing service delivery and contributing to a seamless client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and prioritise incoming client requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
* Communicate directly with clients via phone and video to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to minimise delays and improve outcomes
* Keep stakeholders informed on the status and progress of client queries
* Monitor support queues and contribute to consistent service coverage
* Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes and workflows
* Support data reconciliation and quality assurance activities
* Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
* Deliver training sessions and assist with client onboarding activities
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Experience in, or strong interest in, a client-facing role within financial services or fintech
* Interest in developing expertise within financial technology and capital markets
* Basic understanding in one of the following capital markets areas...
* Securities Lending
* REPO (Repurchase Agreements)
* Collateral Management
* OTC Derivatives
* The ability to learn & operate bespoke configuration tools/application
* Strong Excel skills and confidence using systems or technical tools
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required
* Interest in developing expertise within financial technology and capital markets
