What You'll Do:

• Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics
• Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures
• Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPD
• Review complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics
• Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
• Support service development and guideline improvement
