Registered Manager Residential Childrens Home (Liverpool)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential childrens home in Liverpool.
Key Requirements:
Must have successfully gone through Ofsted registrationMinimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential settingStrong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standardsAbility to lead, develop, and manage a team effectivelyExperience in registering new homes (desirable)
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the homeEnsure high-quality care and support for children and young peopleMaintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulationsLead on registration of one or two homesPromote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
Salary & Benefits:
£50,000 per annum (for one home)£60,000 per annum (for two homes)£2,500 bonus upon successful registration of each home
