Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + 10% Performance Bonus

About the Role
We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Manager or an ambitious Deputy looking to step up into a leadership role within a supportive, growth-focused organisation.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality care is delivered while maintaining full regulatory compliance and striving for Good or Outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home in line with Ofsted regulations
* Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing staff team
* Ensure the home provides safe, nurturing, and child-centred care
* Drive quality standards to achieve and maintain Good or Outstanding ratings
* Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
* Lead on safeguarding and ensure best practice is embedded
* Build strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders
* Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections

Requirements
* Experience within a Good or Outstanding-rated children's residential service
* Background working with children with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) and/or LD (Learning Disabilities)
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's home legislation
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) desirable

Working Pattern
* 173 hours per month (Monday-Friday)
* On-call rota (approximately once every 2 weeks)
