Sales Development Representative (SDR) – AI-Powered SaaS Platform Join a forward-thinking team shaping the future of how businesses use data to make smarter hiring decisions. This is your chance to be part of an exciting new AI-driven product launch transforming the world of talent assessment. Location: New Malden (3 days per week) Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and automation tools. Book and manage meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales specialists. Keep CRM data up to date, tracking all interactions and pipeline activity accurately. Share market insights and feedback to help refine messaging and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive engagement and pipeline growth. 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (ideally SaaS or HR tech). ~ Confident using CRM and engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach). ~ Continuous development and career progression opportunities.
