Immediate Start Available Hybrid –Licencing Officer (Public Health) Teignbridge Council Salary: £260 Per Day Hours: 21 Hours Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Contract Length: 4 Months Location: Teignbridge, Riverbank, EX39 2QG Job Details Part time role 21 hours per week - to be worked Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 09:00am – 15:00pm Working with the Licensing team delivering the licensing function ensuring compliance with the Councils statutory obligations. Acting as the Licensing Lead, advise and support Licensing team members as required and reporting to the Environmental Health and Licensing Team Leader Attend internal Licensing Team meetings Keep up to date with policy development, draft any policy required for renewal and present to Licensing Committee. Respond to routine enquiries, complaints, processing applications across the whole of the Licensing service. Carry out Licensed inspections, investigations of non-compliance as required and take enforcement action if necessary Prepare reports and present to any Licensing Subcommittee hearings.
