Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced CCTV Rig Lead / CCTV Rig Manager to join a specialist drainage contractor operating across the UK.
This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for an experienced CCTV Drainage Surveyor who is happy with regular night shifts and working away from home. You will take full responsibility for a drainage survey vehicle and lead a small on-site crew, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This role will require working away roughly 90% of the time and working night shift 80% of the time.
The Role

• Lead and manage a CCTV survey crew on-site, ensuring work is completed to specification and deadline
• Operate and maintain advanced CCTV drainage survey equipment
• Carry out pipe condition inspections and produce high-quality survey data
• Accurately code defects using Wincan and prepare detailed reports
• Act as the main on-site contact for clients and site managers
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
• Manage and maintain the survey vehicle, keeping equipment organised and compliant

About You

• Proven experience as a CCTV Rig Lead / CCTV Rig Manager
• OS19X certification essential
• Strong working knowledge of Wincan and drainage survey techniques
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Comfortable with night work, weekends, and staying away during the week
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset xwzovoh
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
