We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders at our Maes y Nant centre.
What you will be doing as a Group Leader:
Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities.
But it’s more than that, you will:
* Build confidence in children aged 7–11
* Encourage teamwork and resilience
* Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy
No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.
What you will get:
* £13.45 per hour (£23,080 per year based on 33 hours per week)
* Pay increases with experience and responsibility
Plus:
* Permanent, year-round contract

Training & Development
No prior instructor experience needed, we will train you.

What we are looking for
You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to be:
* Positive, enthusiastic, and engaging
* Experienced working with children (paid or voluntary)
* Confident leading groups
* A natural storyteller or motivator
