About the Assignment
We're supporting a global client undergoing a major change program, requiring the migration of various ERP systems from a central platform. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, and a compliant transition into the target‑state system landscape. You will play a central role in delivering this workstream - managing stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and 3rd‑party vendors, while overseeing the migration, cutover and transition activities.

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience delivering ERP Systems & Finance projects in large/global organisations.
* Strong background in system migrations
* Excellent stakeholder management, able to influence senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leaders.
* Experience running workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
* Strong governance discipline — RAID, critical path management, and programme reporting.
* Confident managing 3rd‑party vendors and technical partners.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems, Finance/HR/Payroll processes and dependencies.
