Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Brierley Hill (covering local sites) Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing construction business. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality developments. You will be responsible for managing 2–3 developments across the local area, working within a skilled, driven, and well-established team. The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will provide leadership and support to site teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
