Repair Supervisor Location: Wembley, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Pay: £26.57ph UMB Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Repair Supervisor to oversee the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing contract. You will manage a team of operatives, ensure repairs are completed safely and on time, and provide excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Supervise responsive repairs, planned maintenance and void works. Manage and support multi-trade operatives and subcontractors. Carry out pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs. Liaise with residents, clients and internal teams to resolve repair issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Raise variations where required and maintain accurate job records. Support the delivery of a high-quality repairs service and excellent customer satisfaction. Essential Requirements Previous experience as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing. Experience managing multi-trade operatives and contractors. Knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance.
