About the Role We are recruiting Physiotherapists across the UK to train and work as Functional Assessors , supporting the delivery of high-quality health assessments that contribute to important public services. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals functional abilities through a combination of clinical observations, evidence reviews, and structured consultations. Full training is provided, and previous Functional Assessor experience is not required.
What We Offer Competitive salary ranging from £37,500 to £49,934 , depending on location
Hybrid working model , combining on-site assessment centre days with home-based reporting
Structured remuneration uplifts: £1,000 increase at 6 months
Additional £1,000 increase at 12 months

Key Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments with claimants using a structured, clinical approach
Review medical evidence and produce high-quality clinical reports
Work within professional standards and HCPC guidelines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practice
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and use clinical judgement to support fair and accurate decision-making xwzovoh
About You To be considered for this role, you must:
Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience working as a Physiotherapist in the UK
Possess strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Be comfortable working with technology in a hybrid environment
Have a patient-centred approach with high professional standards
