You will join a progressive company with a collaborative culture, contributing to a varied portfolio of projects from commercial builds to refurbishment works, supported by advanced technology and industry expertise.
About You At least 5+ years' post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying within construction, preferably with a Main Contractor Demonstrated experience across commercial, residential, or refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation capabilities Strong organisational and communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office and commercial management software Full driving licence (preferred but not essential) Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline Working towards or already achieved chartered status with RICS What You'll Do Oversee project costs, manage variations, and produce accurate cost reporting Handle interim valuations, payment submissions, and final account agreements xwzovoh Review subcontractor applications and variation claims Assist with cashflow control and reduce commercial risk exposure Identify value engineering solutions to improve cost efficiency Ensure adherence to contract terms and maintain comprehensive commercial records Work closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers For more information on this role, apply through the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential discussion today.
