Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR)

£35,000 basic + £15,000 OTE

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced SDR who wants more ownership, influence, and a clear route into either an Account Executive or Sales Leadership role within 6–9 months.
You’ll be joining a high-growth SaaS business where the Senior SDR role is focused on quality over quantity — engaging senior stakeholders, qualifying opportunities rigorously, and ensuring meetings booked are meetings attended.
The Opportunity
As a Senior SDR, you’ll take ownership of top-of-funnel performance, working closely with AEs to generate high-value, sales-ready opportunities. This role is ideal for someone comfortable operating with pace, autonomy, and commercial maturity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating and qualifying high-quality leads within a defined ICP
- Booking meetings that convert and are consistently attended
- Conducting in-depth discovery to assess need, value, and timeline
- Partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline success
- Contributing to messaging, outreach strategy, and best practice
- Acting as a role model for junior SDRs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an SDR in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Track record of booking qualified, attended meetings
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Ability to run structured discovery conversations
- Ambition to progress into an AE or Sales Leadership position
- Coachable, driven, and metrics-focused
