Business Development Manager – Cyber Security

£50,000 base + OTE

Your Role:

  • Manage new business sales opportunities, then as you keep what you sell your role will evolve into a blend of account management and continued new business development
  • Engage with senior leadership to confidently discuss a broad portfolio of cyber security services: penetration testing, offensive security, managed SOC, cloud security, Cyber Essentials, and compliance solutions
  • Benefit from one of the most generous, uncapped commission structures in the sector, where you'll more than double your basic and truly be rewarded for your hard work


Your Experience:

  • A successful career in cyber security sales, in particular cyber services such as penetration testing or Cyber Essentials is especially helpful
  • A new business development focus, working through the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and initial outreach through to contract signature. The ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships is important, too
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders across UK SMEs and mid-market organisations
  • An organised, collaborative and self-motivated approach
