We’re on the hunt for a commercially sharp, people-savvy dealmaker to help us find and launch the next wave of high-performing recruitment entrepreneurs.
This isn’t your typical internal recruiter role.
This is part sales, part headhunting, part business building with real influence and real upside.
You’ll be speaking to experienced recruiters across the UK who are:
• Craving a change
• Frustrated with agency life
• Exploring independence
• Looking for more freedom, earnings, and control

What you’ll be doing
• Hunting down top contract recruiters across the UK
• Mapping the market and spotting future partners before anyone else
• Starting meaningful conversations by phone, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face
• Building relationships that convert, now or later
• Pitching the KTS model with clarity, honesty, and confidence
• Assessing commercial mindset, grit, and franchise fit
• Helping partners define their niche using our Triple-Lock approach
• Guiding them from first chat to signed to launched
• Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years in recruitment, talent, or rec sales, agency or internal
• Strong outbound energy, you’re not afraid to make things happen
• Confident communicator who can open real career conversations
• Skilled on LinkedIn and market mapping
• Understands what makes recruiters tick: money, freedom, ambition
• Can spot potential, not just experience
• Organised, disciplined, and great at follow-up
• Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
• Able to sell opportunity without overpromising
