Working for this well-respected specialist procurement partner, you’ll work end to end on a varied medical portfolio across both the public and private sector, both direct and indirect. Salary – Up to £45,000 Per Annum Location – Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home) Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-4:30 (Flexi) / Mon-Fri Benefits – Pension, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Volunteering Leave, Private healthcare, Purchase up to 10 days annual leave + more… This role supports end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve supplier leverage. What you'll be doing: Manage the full procurement process, from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch. Present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations. Building supplier relationships, reviewing products and technologies, and maintaining effective customer engagement at all levels.You’ll need 2–3 years’ procurement experience, with a track record in category management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations.  Ideally with exposure to public sector healthcare procurement.
