We are now seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Bristol store and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience while driving commercial performance.

About the Role

You will oversee daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, and ensure the highest standards of customer experience, brand presentation, and store performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Create a positive, high-performing team environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and consultative selling
  • Drive sales performance, KPIs, and store profitability (P&L awareness)
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
  • Ensure stock accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Manage customer escalations and feedback professionally
  • Oversee store cleanliness, organisation, and maintenance
  • Implement security and loss prevention procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail (jewellery preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales xwzovoh targets
  • Experience working with high-end clientele is advantageous
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion for luxury products and customer experience
