We Finance Any Van is a fast-growing van finance provider expanding its high-performing sales team. We’re looking for personable, confident and ambitious Sales Executives who thrive in fast-paced, relationship-led sales environments and want clear, uncapped earning potential within a supportive, high-energy team.


If you enjoy speaking with customers, managing multiple stakeholders in a deal, and closing quickly while delivering a five-star customer experience, this could be the role for you.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Convert warm inbound leads into completed finance deals
  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right finance solution
  • Build trust and rapport with customers, lenders and dealers
  • Negotiate effectively while keeping customer outcomes front of mind
  • Manage quick-turnaround sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with ongoing team support


What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicators who can manage multiple parties within a sale
  • A relationship-focused, personable sales approach
  • Previous experience in sales (vehicle finance, insurance, holidays, brokerage or other fast-turnaround sales environments preferred)
  • Target-driven, resilient and comfortable working under pressure
  • Energetic, positive attitude with strong closing ability


Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • 1 late shift per week: 10:00 – 19:00
  • 1 weekend in 3: (Sat: 09:00 – 16:00 | Sun: 10:00 – 16:00)
