Strategic Transport Planner - Parking & Policy

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Technical Transport Planner to support delivery of residents' parking programmes and provide transport planning advice. You will contribute to policy, develop strategies, and engage with councillors, groups and residents to deliver sustainable transport improvements.

The role requires a degree in transport planning, geography or related discipline, with strong analytical and report-writing skills, and the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
