About the role
Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) – Shape how we deliver delicious, every day
Opening Pitch
At Domino’s, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Quality Assurance Manager (Part Time) in Cambuslang, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver for our customers and franchise partners — making sure the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance are met across our Supply Chain Centre.
This is a role where you’ll balance hands-on site presence with strategic oversight — helping us continuously improve how we operate while protecting what matters most: our product, our people and our brand.
What You’ll Bring
This role is perfect if you’re someone who enjoys being close to the operation while still shaping how things improve over time. You’ll be comfortable working across manufacturing, storage and distribution — building relationships, challenging where needed, and helping teams do things the right way every time.
You’ll bring:
- Experience working with food safety and quality management systems within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Confidence carrying out audits, inspections and compliance checks (e.g. GMP, hygiene, food safety)
- The ability to interpret technical data and communicate it clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building skills across operational and technical teams
- Experience managing or influencing others in a factory or operational environment
- A Food Science or Food Technology background (or equivalent experience)
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll act as the on-site lead for quality, food safety and compliance — working closely with the wider teams to ensure standards are not only met, but continuously improved.
Day to day, that looks like:
- Maintaining and improving the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
- Carrying out audits, product testing and verification activities, and driving corrective actions where needed
- Preparing for and managing external and internal audits, ensuring actions are followed through to completion
How We Will Support You
At Domino’s, we don’t just set high standards — we support you to achieve them.
You’ll have:
- A collaborative network across Supply Chain, Technical and Operations teams
- The opportunity to shape processes and influence how we improve as a business
- Access to tools, data and systems that help you make informed decisions
- A culture that encourages open communication, continuous learning and practical problem solving
About Us & Belonging at Domino’s

“You bring the flavour. Together, we deliver delicious” isn’t just something we say — it’s how we work every day. We recognise what makes people great, support their growth, and give them the space to contribute in a way that matters.
Whether you’re focused on quality, operations or innovation, you’ll be part of a team that backs each other, shares knowledge, and takes pride in getting things right for our customers.
