Job Title: Paint Sprayer Location: Coventry, CV3 Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour Shift Pattern: A Shift * Monday - Thursday: (Apply online only) * Friday: 0700 to 12.30 Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team in Coventry (CV3). The successful candidate will be responsible for spraying small automotive components, ensuring a high-quality finish in a production environment. Key Responsibilities * Spray painting small automotive parts to a high standard. * Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, and cleaning prior to painting. * Ensure all painted components meet quality control and finish requirements. * Maintain spray equipment and work area in clean, safe working condition. * Follow job sheets, production targets, and deadlines with minimal supervision. Requirements * Previous experience in automotive or industrial paint spraying. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. * Confident with masking, prepping, and operating spray equipment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work B shift hours
