We're looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support compliance, reduce workplace risks, and promote a positive safety culture across the organisation. This role sits within te Public Sector

Key Responsibilities

Provide health & safety advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
Support HSE reporting and corrective actions.
Review and update policies, procedures and safe systems of work.
Deliver health & safety training and awareness.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
What We're Looking For

Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor/Officer role.
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
Experience carrying out risk assessments and investigations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Desirable

NEBOSH General Certificate.
IOSH membership.
Public sector or estates/facilities experience.
